Wow. Getting slapped by this guy would be like being hit with a spiked mace.

As for a solution.. What if they sedate him and just cut away or burn all that stuff? Then use some other skin to cover his hands or scarify everything? it would be some pretty wierd looking skin throughout the hand but it wouldnt be those horns n spikes.

Wow, I'm really amazed at the lack of compassion. Like the dude doesn't have enough bs to deal with, without people 'getting sick' over him. Koebners phenomenon could occur in anyone and progress in different ways, depending on how well their immune system works or doesn't work. At any time in your life you could get a surprise health issue, most people do sooner or later.
