does d-air mean down + b button?

ps. i love toon link's bombs.

the smoke they make is adorable, and they're actually a good projectile.

D-air = down air.
When your in the air, press down + a. Thats the attack that sends Toon Link shooting down.

Haha you are exactly like my sisters when it comes to playing Toon Link

yeah if it's a B move then it will have B in it, upB, downB, overB (sideB). All -air moves are just standard A, Nair is neutral air (no holding a direction) often called sex kick or in melee zair.

A Tier
Falco 13.03

E Tier
Fox 6.66

Now, I haven't played either character seriously since melee, but are they that different to warrant being 4 tiers apart?

Hell yeah! Falco is still a beast, while Fox got the shit nerfed out of him.

I beat Jarett in Tetris. Once. Then he beat me four times straight. But still, I beat him once!

Hrmm, i've used both and the layout on the classic is almost the same as the gamecube. Anyone with a gamecube controller will probably say gc is the best way to go, but really, its another purchase and you have to sit within length of the cable (unless its a wavebird). Since the classic has all the functionality of the gc controller, i'd say save urself the money (and effort in finding one).

GAME has their own signature wireless gamecube controller for the Wii. the guy tried to sell it to me instead of the classic, but i would budge because the classic just looked way too cool.

but i see al the pros using gc controllers XP

Never buy a non-official GC controller. They have a habit of being utter rubbish. Unless you're aiming to play competitively it really doesn't matter what you play with, Classic controller or GC it doesn't really matter. If you're looking to play competitively or at the higher levels then get yourself an official GC controller.

I don't know why people bitch about tiers. It doesn't mean you're more likely to win or lose, just means that that character for most people seems to be better than others. It all depends on the individuals playing.

Who cares, when you smash them, the more humiliating it will be.

I want to start playing again so bad :/

Is there a comprehensive list of advanced techniques out yet?
Per game (everybody) and per character?

I already extensively learned every technique in melee icon_razz.gif

I think I'll be getting back into this game soon. I've been neglecting my Wii slightly 'cause I've been PC gaming a lot with Left 4 Dead and UT3. But I'm down for some Brawl I recon.
