How do the codes work online?

If I add someone on Brawl, do they have to add me back? Why did they make the friend code separate from the Wii friend code?? Soo weird...

If I add soemone and just go "play with friends", do I see a list of people that are on??

Yes, they have to add you back to register, altho right now its sometimes buggy

if you just want to play with friends it will show a list of your friends, whether they're online, lfg, etc.

I'll play later, and the reasoning behind it is safety I can pretty much guarantee, plus it helps famous people. What I mean by helps famous people is, imagine Jarett wanted to play with you or something, but doesn't want to be bothered by all the raging fans, well he won't be. They're just being overly cautious, IMO they could have just had a system where you create your name and you both have to add eachother's name instead of a long ass code, it's still just as safe imo. Anyways ghost, me bloodvayne rehd and illiad (I forget his forum name) had several 2v2 matches, me/illiad vs rehd/bloodvayne it was pretty fun tbh Me and illiad also had some 1v1s.

I have so beat your wolf. I beat him once in a 1v1, couple times in FFA.
I haven't played your wolf very many times in a 1v1 anyways, so that little bit pretty much is 50%

And any character counts, doesn't matter who I beat

I know I should save that for recovery, but most of the time I have my bike for that, plus its my favorite way to kill someone

his fart and his bike are probably the most versatile moves in the game.

holy crap the smash balls are lame, they should run out if you don't use them for like 20 seconds. as when the ball appears on one side of the hyrule temple with your opponent and you're near the other side, it's lame to have them able to walk across the level, have you dodge them like 20 times, then just barely hit you with their attack. So annoying, and I can never seem to get the other people to drop the smash ball either.
