I am curios as to weather the average PP fan thinks if the actors in the cast should have a myspace. I know that i got a little angry when i saw Doug out of character. Personally, i am against myspace but that is beside the point. I wanna believe ya no that doug is good at css and AA, but seeing him in a dramatic almost ghey picture pisses me off. The show is alot more interesting when you get into the mindset that this is all real. seeing this stuff takes away some of the excitement. I do understand that they are people too or whatevr but regardless. And yes i no jeremy made one is ep 10. Just a though, dont bash me to much you myspace emos.

exacltly, the rl cast should not have a my space, or at least an easily accessible one.

It's a little too late for that, considering thousands of people have added them to their friends.

tbh they all probably have another one some where.. where their actual friends are, and they can just live a normal life. Thats what almost all celebrities have...

All that i am saying is that it takes away from the belief and the hope. Otherwise this is just a sho, not a lifestyle

Eek, dangerous mental ground! When TV first happened and soap operas where made there were numerous cases of the actors being attacked by people for things their characters had done. It still happens today!
The actors should be allowed to do what anyone is allowed to, they are people after all and if they are not happy due to PP fans making silly demands of them then they may decide to jack it in
The fact it is not real does not detract from the fact you enjoy it, nor the fun of the next episode. Plus after all this time since episode 4 thinking it is real is, well odd

Dude...it is a show...
The "belief" and the "hope" were gone the moment cinematic 16:9 widescreen elements first started in the show. You're a couple years too late with that aspect.
Secondly, why shouldn't they have myspaces? Just because you are against the site doesn't mean that the cast should have to not join the millions who are on myspace. And Joel (FPS Doug) does play CS and AA. They are all still gamers, and they can probably still kick your ass at any game of your choice.

I think for the sake of the story line, that they need to settle the "4th wall" on the show. In the show, Jeremy and Kyle are making a show. But I think they need a clear way to differentiate what is the mockumentary and what is the "gamer army" part of the show. The way they have done this so far was by mixing the gonzo film-style of Kyle with clear and vivid cinematics of fight scenes and gamer army-related stuff. This is of course different from the 4th-wall part of the show that includes the fan club "gamer army" and the cast of the show. All these three parts mix a lot with each other without any clear seperation. And I am not talking about telling the difference between "reality and fiction". I am talking about the mixture in the storyline.
And not to mention the fact that they did mix the "4th wall" with the storyline for the first season. Jarett said, "anyone with a 60 or above IQ can tell the difference". Well, my IQ is 152. And I have to admit, I had a problem splitting the parts in the storyline with the added new layer, and I don't think I am the only one. But since it is so complicated, let me explain at what I am getting at with a table:

For example:
Mockumentary: "Dave has some RL stuff to settle, and can't be in the show."
Gamer Army: "Dawei has to go seek revenge in China on the guys that hurt his sisters"
PP Comic: "Dave took a job in Vancouver and can't be in the show"
4th Wall: Audience has no clue. Assumes he was just a brief actor in the show.
Now add in Myspace and a lot of other formats and it complicates it even further. Now, I think using Jeremy's Myspace to promote the show is great. But the storyline mixing can confuse anyone. Is there a way they can straighten it out? Sure, they could. I don't think they will for the sake of the storyline to keep their audience guessing. It is quite a paradox!

Very Mature =) But I did see what you meant about the myspaces. It does add confusion, but it isn't all bad, they are real people and they find other ways of communicating with their fans.

Who are you to decide what they can and cannot do?
It's their own life, and it's their decision to create a MySpace if they choose to. If they want to create their own MySpace to find old friends, then they can do that.
