Its simple.
Every post, you make an up arrow(^) saying something about the poster above you.
Then you make a left arrow (<) saying something about yourself.
Then you make a down arrow(v) saying random that you think will apply to the next poster.
Example
<I play guitar
VDoesn't play guitar

The next poster would do this,

^Is right
<Loves PP
VLoves PP ASWELL!!!
