Pichu is very fun to use, especially when you own IRL friends with him =)
SSBM Owns very hard. It's a very fun party game wiht you and a couple of friends.
Just last week, I was playing with friends and it was a 3 WAY FFA. It was just down to me and my Taiwanese friend with 5 lives each. We played for 20 minutes dodging , rolling, and pretty much trying to kill each other but we couldn't.

pikachu can be a huge pissoff... i have used him a couple of times just to piss off my buddies "pika thunder"... lol its so cheap
but i could see pikachu doing some damage... he is pretty speedy

Pika thunder is a horrible attack.
Pikachu could do some damage, but his lack of range and an overly nerfed forward aerial prevents that.
More massive than korean frog smiley.
