In the norwegian subtitle there's a translation for that.

Guy: Hallo Deutche noobs.
J: I like own all you noobs.
Guy: Alle noobs gehört mir.

Im german and I was wondering if the dutch guy gives a correct translation and asked my gf at that time who speaks dutch and I guess he does it correctly. I somehow thought there was another joke included coz this guy looked like telling a joke. ^^ but i guess the real translation was funny enough to make him smile like that.

Yes the Dutch guy translates it quite correctly, though a bit freely.

Oh, cool guys, I've always wondered about this but never really pursued it. I figured the German dude was saying something to that effect, he kinda sounded pissed at Jeremy.

Yes the Dutch guy translates it quite correctly, though a bit freely. his translation inda sucked actually IMO, he's a n00b
