ok this morning i go on to myspace.. and its is all messed up... boxes with red Xs were pictures are.. things in the wrong place...
so i ignor it thinking its a problem with myspace and move on
but all websites except this one and google(cause ther just that 1337 lol) that i have been to so far have the same problem... some worse than others
anyone know whats wrong?
i havent changed internet settings...
just did a virus scan...

Your internet isn't dead, which is pretty obvious, but there could be major connection issues between you and your ISP.

are u using IE or firefox?
if firefox check your flash and all those plug ins and re install

Could be your flash if you're using FireFox..could be a really slow ass crappy internet connection.

Clear your browsers cache and try again. Does it still happen?
In Firefox go to Tools, Options, Content. Make sure all the boxes are ticked.
Do you have any plugins such as Noscript or Adblock installed?

Clear your cache and if necessary reinstall IE7.

By plugins we mean that you have to download flash marcomedia and realplayer etc things.
Firefox doesnt have them automatically like IE does. One of them might have gone corrupt.
its probably something in your cache though.
try getting Fasterfox if you use firefox, it tells you speeds of how fast things are loading on screen.

I'm pretty sure there's a thread about it in the tutorials section at the top of the page.
I personally use NoScript, SmoothWheel, Fasterfox, Stumbleupon, Bookmark Backup and Imageshack Right-Click.
Oh, and Chatzilla.
