I don't believe in the death penalty, so i'm hoping that he gets sentenced to life in solitary.

Same here. He should just be imprisoned for life. Not in Guantanamo bay or some other torture place, just a high security prison. It's up to the Iraq courts though.

I don't believe in the death penalty either, but in this case. I wouldn't mind if he got the death penalty, This eliminates any chance of him escaping prison and causing more trouble.

Shoot his legs and arms and then beat the shit out of him. Then throw him in arctic water and immediatly after in a pot of boiling oil. Then set him on fire.

What did he actually do to them though? Why do they all want his blood? Safe haven for terrorists? Yeah right. Terrorists can live wherever they want (anyone remember the Oklahoma city bombing?). I agree that Saddam was not exactly the nicest of people, what with the Kurdish extermination and what have you. I don't see why it matters to US or Britain or any other Western country that he gets killed or tortured or punished in some other inhumane way.

I know you were making a joke but why do people hate him so much? What about other dictators, Fidel Castro for instance. He was very very close causing a lot of problems for the US, yet he just seems to get respect, along with Che Guevara.

this guy deserves a bullet in the head. we put murderers to death on a fairly regular basis. it would be crime NOT to put this guy away after all he has done.

Imo, a bullet to the head is letting him off easy. Terrorists believe if they die for a jihad they get a bunch of virgins in heaven and shit.
