Assuming like that just makes you look like more of an ass, because you don't consider other people's opinions. Even if the majority of the people don't like it, it's still dumb and arrogant.

Anyway, those rules were pretty funny, and true. I once saw the "Top 10 Funniest Black Metal Photos" somewhere, as well. It's pretty humorous, what these guys do to make themselves 'necro'.

You posted saying STFU and saying that Cradle of Filth isn't black metal right after I posted saying Cradle of Filth's earlier stuff and selective new stuff is good. What was I supposed to think? Being a famous Hollywood star, I rarely have the time to partake in such trivial discussions about the merits and flaws of whetver music genres, and indeed subgenres. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best in your persuits of being the correct party in this argument, even though it looks to me like a dead heat.

well... the reason why is that it's really funny to see how much passionate can any BM related discussion become, because trendy BM (and by trendy I mean TRENDY, not "commercial"... being as underground as possible seems to be the trend, LOL) is probably the most laughable music and dressing style, only comparable to j-pop and wiggas, to my taste...

I acknowledge that there are several truly talented bands and that there are shitty bands in that style also, as in any other music genre... what makes me LOL is the seriousness BMers put in their "work"... and I really mean it: it seems like sonic brutality is the last priority now... now, BM is all about having a stupid look, posing hard, and being "incomprehensible"

I agree about black metal, I've said this serveral times: Black Metal in general is just larping queers who learned how to play instruments to make mediocre music. Of course there are exceptions, ie Emperor, Drudkh, and I'm sure there are a few more. And we aren't really bashing each other over black metal, Fruits just thinks that because someone likes CoF's stuff, that gives him the right to be a royal asshole. Musicaly related supremists FTW!

And as for the videos, great music, don't really care for the singer though. He seems like he doesn't belong, maybe the singer should join Hatebreed or something. Plus, he doesn't have long hair, which is a MUST in a death metal band. The rest of the band is quite impressive though.
