I saw Blood Diamond last night.. I've never cried so much throughout a movie.
It's so sad to think that things like this go on every day and here we (some) are living great lives taking so much for granted, not realizing or just blocking out what goes on on the other side of the world and in our own cities.
I strongly recommend everyone sees this film, really opens your eyes..

I think i'm the only person to disagree :| I fell asleep in it, the fighting scenes seemed to drag on forever. The only thing that kept me from not leaving the theatre was Kiera Knightly's firm, digitally enhanced boobies.

I liked the art style in Dead Mans chest way more then the first one. Davy Jones, looked amazing. The Scene in the island was a great stand out scene.
Just me TBH.

Collateral? Did that have Arnie in it? I thought it blew...
Unfortunately the last film I saw was Grandma's Boy due to it's horrid rep. Damn was everyone right. It shtanked.

Cinema - Casino royale, and while it was easily better than every bond film after Goldeneye, I still felt it could have been better. It really just boiled down to it being too damn long. And that's a real pet peeve of mine at the moment, directors seem to be in this frame of mind where, if their movies aren't longer than 2 hours, they somehow aren't epic enough, so they drag them out. King Kong is the best example of a 90 minute script stretched to a 3 hour movie, you can make an awsome 90 minute movie, you don't need to fill in time to pad it out.
DVD - Lilo and Stitch, for about the 100th time. Best Disney film since Alladin, if only because they tried something different. No character breaking into song, no princesses, and no (really) evil bad guys. Just a charming story, made all the more charming by the excellent use of watercolours and very different character designs.

Watched a DVD of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (starring the ultimate Chevy Chase) on the last day of college.

Kane in See No Evil. I was looking at the case and was going liek Might as well, I did see Big Mama's House 2 rofl. So I pop it in and its a WWE film, wtf they make films now, I know the rock has a solo career but there own film company. I expected Kane to do some cheesy wrestling moves, He didn't. The Rock does his signature wrestling move in a movie.
Anyway the movie is pretty fast paced, simple slasher story that fits pretty well.
