Hello all!

Okay so I came back from my trip across Canada to find an email from PC Gamer magazine. Before I left I entered the publication's 'Sing For Your Supper' competition, where entrants had to sing a well known song karaoke style and make it funny where possible...

<drool>First prize was a Dell 3007WFP 30" Widescreen TFT Monitor!</drool>

So I grabbed a beer and re-wrote 'Highway to Hell' by AC/DC, changing it to 'My Widescreen Dell,' and flailingly did my best to sound like a rock singer on the recording using my Plantronics headset and Cooledit Pro 2.0 :/

It seems like it was good enough because I won first prize! w00t! This makes any amount of humiliation worthwhile, so I thought I'd post the song here so you can all laugh, hopefully with me and not at me icon_wink.gif

My friend went to this local lan 2 years in a row. Last year from a random draw he won a 19 LDC monitor worth $800, this year he won a AM2 4400+ dual core processor. I fucking hate him.
