Welcome to the forums, PwnSiperY.
There are a few rules, they are as follows:
1: Keep flaming at a minimum
2: Keep Spamming at a minimum
3: Avoid typing like Jeremy and using l337 5p34k
4: Try to use at least a bit of grammar, no entire paragraphs without a single period stuff. It makes our brains hurt.
5: Follow the official rules and listen to the mods.
6: Post your topic in the right section. If you're unsure about the right section take your best guess.
7: The chances of Jeremy(or any of the crew) responding to a question posted in a public thread is very small.
Don't make stupid threads with a question for them. 
Follow those and you'll be good.
I'm sure you'll love it here.
