it's fun and the bots are remarkably intelligent (seriously they are almost as good as people), but it doesn't really compare...

the gui probably sucks cuz ur used to the PC gui... the gui is fine... but it's still not as good an experience as the computer version... but there are much fewer cheaters (yhey)

Played both, the xbox is for the slow-high 14 year olds and the 7 year olds. It takes a ton less skill do to the control stick.

The XBox version is closer to CZ than 1.6 IMO.

FPS on consoles FTL, the controls just arent as fast, which means the pace would be slower as well.

Cool. But the controls seem pretty good if u put up the controller sensitivity n stuff and also, apparently they improved the graphics a little bit. More textures or whatever than 1.6. And really, the bots arent so good.... they always camp in the same 3 spots and they sometimes grenade eachother and everyonce in a while theres friendly fire,,,,, but i guess as a game on the whole its really really fun, could have better graphics and needs the source engine.

Besides im just gonna really play this till the fall cuz im totally updating my cpmupter... new motherboard n shit.... so itll be really nice. So in the fall i bet ill just quit this and get CS S.... but then again i already bought half life 2 on xbox..... ah well, it was only 15$... but i dont have live yet... damn.

Lol sometimes i put on friendly fire just to shoot the bots if theyre being retarted. like in chateau this idiot would always throw a grenade as soon as we start and itd nearly kill all of us so i'd headshot him.

Well their main focus is obviously PC.
Shooters control much better on PCs than consoles ATM. It's also easier to release patches and mods, and have an online distribution service like Steam. They'll obviously focus more on a distrubution where they can charge less and make more.

i beg to differ... stupid computer >.<
lol... I agree though... a game built for xbox would be way more fun... CS has it's moments, but it's still meh compared to PC... I suggest phantom dust... it's a no name title but it is easily one of the best games that came out on xbox... I wish it were backward compatible it is my most missed game... it's xbox liveable and it should be cheap... don't forget to download the update because u won't be able to play without it...

I've played CS on xbox... it feels 6 times slower then online play on a PC.
