ok so, i was thinking ::shock::

a newbie is someone who plays counter strike fro the first time.
a noob is someone who played CS before, but still sucks ass at it
nublet= a younger noob
nubs=group of nublets

so... please use the terms correctly next time you are 'pwning' and for the last time its said 'poning' not 'owning' hence the p... pwned

feel free to add definations...

k, read this and take heed:

you r a fag.

As for the othe definitions, you can pretty much interchange noob/newb/nub into any of those words, you dont have to use a certian spelling for certain definitions.

If EA was a parent, social services would have arrested it.

ok, some terminology is needed here:

1. newbie = noob. noob is just shorter to type and therefore is more common in games.
2. A noob is not just someone who's new in CS. N00b is someone without skillz. A simple peon. One who's inferior to the 1337 pps.
3. nublet is also a n00b. But this type usually humiliates himself (n00b: "YOU ALL SUCK MY &*^*$@. YOU MOMS IS *&(@$@) therefore causing people to laugh at him and call him a nublet cause he has no skillz and probably under 13. ;P
4. noobs = a grups of noobs. (duh?)

And who the hell says "nub"? o.O

And "poning"? Are you stupid?
I dreamed I was a butterfly, flitting around in the sky; then I woke up.

Now I wonder: Am I a man who dreamed of being a butterfly, or am I a butterfly dreaming that I am a man?

1. Noob is from New Boy, like Newbie. Nu boy -> Nub, or Noob. New boy (being) -> newbie. Okay? Thanks.
2. Basically that is someone who is new. But people who play for ages still can play like Noobs. Ergo, some people call them Noobs, even though they might play longer than yourself. That's XxSystemxX for example. He is a total n00b in CSS compared to me :] but he plays 2 years longer than me, or something like that.
3. Nublet is the "younger" form of Nub (Noob).
4. As he said.

1. Expanded my explanation. 10x.
2. lol + yeah. Someone can doesnt have to be new. He might not have any skills and therefore might be called a noob.
3. Younger form? lol. Bleh. whatever.

And anyway, this discussion is noobish as well. >.>

For the last time? Getting a little bit demanding here are we?

You obviously are a total n00b. pwned comes from owned as a typo. (people differe from it precise origin) But since it's just a typo it's meant to be pronounced "owned."

Not that much of all useful discussion here, won't be more then just flaming I guess..

Thread Locked.

This is exactly what has been going on through the entire thread, and it's not the first time either.
You come to us for advice..you just spell out what you want to get, and then ask us if it is okay, and we have to explain why it isn't. That's the world upside down.. If you would just say 'hey guys, I have an X amount of money, what should I buy?' Then this would be over in 2-3 posts, not 2-3 pages.

Every time someone goes against Weiman's sig I feel like they should be bludgeoned for a few minutes in the head to feel the headache I feel when I realize someone really IS that dense.
