some one should make a tut to help n00bs how to make a sig and ava on there own

Not everyone has the artistic ability, I run out of mine after like 2 drawings :/

Let's face it- it's impossible to make a tut to make a sig. Some waypoints can be given about which tools to use to cut-out, blend, erase or whatever-else something, but how to make a complete sig-no way. There are no less no more but countless styles. Of course, it's supereasy to make a brushpluscut-outplusfont tut, but that's just a very bad path to walk, especially for beginners. people will get used to using brushes and cut-outs, and it will result in them being uncapable for anything that requires creativity and skill on a level that's above just downloading and using brushes and cuts.

No dude. What he means is, you can make tutorials, threads or whatver on how to use stuff, how to make certain things and learn how to use the program. But in the end, you can't make a tutorial on how to make a signature because there are too many styles. Therefore, tutorials are good to learn the program and make a lot of different stuff, but in the end you must combine all that youve learned to make your sig, and only you decide what will be in it and what will not. And experience will tell you what will look nice and what will not.

not if i may suggest. do as many tutorials as you can (and probably bookmark them) and once youve done a bunch (i personnally did like 20 of em, and then my sigs started to look kinda good) and then you may use that knowledge to make your own. The more tutorials you succed in finishing and the more stuff you learn, the better your signatures will look, and the broader your artistic horizons will be.

Oh, is that what the other guy meant? Thats obvious, and of course.

I use tutorials to learn the program that you make what you want, if its a tutorial telling how to and what to make, thats kind of silly.
