Lol, I had a Chinese friend named Jason (his real name was Qin-Wei, actually, lol) whose parents would always give us red bean ice cream.

Yeah, it's horrible, truly so (but the wok fried food was soooo good).

TBH, Chinese food is all I can make. I really don't understand American food. It seems to be a lot of guesswork, and it's always giant chunks that are hard to handle/eat. Chinese food is more about proper flavouring and flavour blending (and if you get into pro cooking, the colour and presentation is very important too).
