Guys I figured it out.
I figured out how to summon the holy grail of PP- Episode 19.
We must get 1,337 forum accounts to 1,337 posts and then we must get those 1,337 people to beat Silent Hill 2 1,337 times in order to unlock the ambulance ending.
Then Episode 19 will come out.
