Anyone know any games for ps3 that have a similar gameplay style to tales from monkey island?

Get the original Monkey Island 1, 2 and 3 for pc...


And if classic games are a turnoff for you due to "zomg graphics suxxxx!!1" then get the remakes of 1 and 2

don't currently have a pc otherwise i would and no im not a gfx whore

Although I would normally NEVER suggest a PSP (It's almost as bad as the PS3 when it comes to a library of games) I believe I had a monkey ball game for PSP that was pretty amazing. Might want to look into that.

I think Wii / Gamecube has them too, I believe I saw one of those at an EB games or something once.

Well, if you must have them for the ps3... The remakes of 1 and 2 are for the ps3 as well I think.

thanks for the other monkey islands couldn't find them on psn before for some reason. also if anyone's wondering Sam and max is a good one too. if anyone has any other suggestions id love to have them.


also ps2's still sell because the library was awesome and if you want to continue playing your games now you would need to buy one. unless you were willing to shell out the 900 bucks on ps3 release date. i unno if that was the right price but i know it was a retarded amount for a way of playing games that wasn't a computer.

not trying to insight a console war but i don't know why people still harp on the ps3 library honestly i think its better then xbox. that being said i would probably buy an xbox just for forza 3 :-P

I did suggest a monkey ball game. They're casual games but I thought they were somewhat fun the first time around.

But yeah I think I see the same error that you mentioned- I don't know how I could have mixed up the game series, as a kid I used to love the monkey island games icon_sad.gif
