I just wanted to let all 40 members of this forum know that the new Trigun movie, which takes place some where near the middle of the original series, is an extremely awesome movie. The characters are spot on and are each given a chance to really have their moment (there is even a hefty bit with Wolfwood that has no Vash at all). The sounds are great (new music is by the same guy), the man who did the writing, directing and editing is back from the TV show as well and its clear he put a lot of thought into the script. The subtitles that i got were really good (except for one minor part) and the facial expressions were all really clear and animated (as opposed to static face syndrome). Even better, its available in 720p.

will definitely purchase if it ever gets a true american release.

Should check out this anime called Ren and Stimpy, really funny.

As for the Trigun movie, I WILL watch it. Strange that a movie comes out after that anime has been done for yeaaaars.

On topic, I haven't watched Trigun in like 6 years. I had an imported DVD boxset around here somewhere...

please let me know what you think cause i thought wolfwood was like 11/10 on the bad ass scale. way more badass than he ever was in the anime (he was almost at manga bad ass, but not quite).
