Starts at 45mins aprox






Also the more I watch pro's streams the more I realize I overestimate top level play. Yeah there were lots of micro mistakes by both players but there is nothing special like in bw, it is probably just that I am way closer to top level play now in sc2 than I was in bw.

Its shocking how many people are only now realising this, the games been out just over 6 months. Why do you sound so suprised?

I like the analogy I came up with a little while ago: SC2 is to BW as CSS is to 1.6.

I play probably on average a game ever 3 days at this point because I am focusing more on other coolgames.
I wasn't talking about their strategies or anything. I'm talking about how in bw, i watch fpvods and they move really fast and I have no idea what they are doing sometimes, but in sc2, i follow and understand everything idra is doing. It isn't magical. Also vods and commentary make them seem a lot better than they actually are.

it is probably unreasonable that i feel this way because idra's understanding of the game is so much better than mine.

Just watched in 1080p. Was totally worth it. Man I love Zerg. IDK why but ever since I knew of the 3 races in Startcraft I've liked Zerg.

What amazed me about toss since SC1 is that I could build shit without a probe having to be there the whole time.
Haven't even touched the other races since then.

Do terran shiftclick their scv to mineral in general as they're building shit? So they go back to min after they're done building..

you could do it in broodwar too, you just had to shiftclick the scv back to the minerals before it started building a building.

I was thinking about this game and I realized

The zerg had this game the entire game. The terran was only able to put up a fight because of drops. He could drop because the mutalisks were dead and idra was focusing more on ultras and didn't have gas for mutas.

So in big battles where you bring all you mutas and lings and blings to fight, focus on not letting your mutas die too much, and this kind of endgame can not happen. or if they do die, don't forget to rebuild them because they are really needed.
