You need to fix the kerning between the 1 and the 3.
Also, I suggest you use another font or redesign the 1 and the V. The 1 from Cloister Black looks more like an L than the L itself. Same thing with V and B.
AlsoČ did you used drop shadow on the logo? It may look nice in the picture, but it won't be good on the shirt, specially if it's a black shirt.
Other than that, it's a nice design.
