Capcom's own version of KOEI's Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors.
I've never actually owned a dyanasty warriors game before so what some people would call more of the same, is pretty fresh to me. I've stopped playing North Star and have been playing this almost daily over a month now.
It's a 40 dollar game, new. The graphics looks like straight up PS2 but it has been damn fun to play. Too bad the online mode was pulled out for some reason. Looking forward to unlock Kotaru.. maybe I'll be done with the game after him cause he looks the funnest to play to me. There's a TON of characters though with various storylines.
Yea.. fun game!

First reply to my 0 reply thread in almost a month.
I am still playing this game.... lol.
Maybe if I had owned any dynasty warriors game in the past I'd get bored of this. This is still fun as hell though. Different characterless unlock further unlockable characters which unlock different materials to make unique accessories.. I don't know if I will ever get 100% of this game. My GF is going to try to 100% the Tadakatsu Honda Storyline
The whole game is based [not inspired] by Japanese history. This guywasn't critically injured for 60 battles.. so they made him pretty much into a Gundam in this game.... [Seriously... he is in ancient Japan flying and shooting rockets n shit.]
So yea, haven't played a console game like this in a long time.
I am still playing this game.... lol.

They were making an MMO like this a while back but I think they cancelled it due to players being too good at Dynasty warriors and a lot of noobs complaining about being bullied....
