From what I know, no. I'm not even sure if you can make a blood elf/ draenei with a trial account
Also the worgen/goblins aren't available yet at all. Not sure if the map's visible already for visiting.

They're not. None of the 80-85 zones are available as yet, and neither are the Goblin starting zones. The new Troll and Gnome (possibly Gnome, I don't care about Alliance news) starting zones are available, however.
