A show like this is only going to work if it makes you give a shit about what happens to the characters otherwise whats the point, you might as well go and watch some random over the top gory as fuck zombie film.

I like the fact that this isn't focusing too much on the zombies tbh, episode 3 was a lot better than episode 2

ep 3 wasn't as interesting as the first 2, but they are building more characterization and giving more background on the situation. I'd rather they did it this way so you actually care about the characters when the zombies get them than just have the feeling like "well there's one more down"

Would have to agree. I like the way the show is progressing.

The more "drama" approach is fine, they just need to do it right like say...Sopranos and not like say, Heroes.

Havent seen episode 3 but I am sure I will be able to judge then.

I was way into heroes during season 1. Then season two started and I spent two seasons of "IT USED TO BE GOOD! IT CAN BE GOOD AGAIN!" followed by crying and masterbation.

haha, exactly

but seriously i've seen the three episodes out. and I loved the 3rd episode, it wasn't as suspenseful or action packed, or anything, but it was building up to what's to come, and characters are developing quickly. My roommate fell asleep during the episode, but i was full awake for it. I don't know, i thought it was needed, and the show is impressing me so far.

This. Currently painfully watched up to Season 4 with the girlfriend... Season 4 is for next month...

Back on topic: I enjoyed episode 3's drama except for the whole wife justifying her getting over her husband and fucking his best friend cuz she wuz tricked n stuffz... The whole tense drama between the 3 characters is a recipe for bad drama. Looking forward to episode 4, when they head back to the city, should be an interesting one. The ending of ep. 3 left much to be asked.

Saw the trailer, loved it, downloading all three episodes in 720p right now. This, combined with Dexter, House and Never Mind The Buzzcocks and my tv shows lineup is complete.

Today's episode was the best so far IMO. The zombie attack at the end was very chaotic and exciting.

Agreed. I also think the drama has shifted in a good direction. The opening scene seemed pointless at first, but then later made sense. Great character development.

It's no Lost filler, i cant relate to any characters, and the whore of a wife. Awesome.

Two seasons, maximum.

Lost was horrible. I feel like lost was a show where the producers were constantly betting with each other on what decisions they could make to run the show into the ground and they found out that people love retarded shit.
