Surprised there isn't another topic on this (unless I just didn't see it, I kind of quickly looked over and haven't been on this section for a long time)

Patching today, obviously. Finished downloading but servers down for a while longer. Lots of changes in 4.0 that were advertised for cata, though not all yet. Makes me kind of excited to finish leveling my huntard and pally. Thoughts?

I would enjoy it a lot more if I could actually try it. Sucks being capped, it says my updater gets disconnected when trying to apply some updates.

apparently there is a new built-in mod power auras that is taking up half my screen and making my spells glow.

besides that, frost mages just faceroll completely.

It's moderately fun. Not a whole lot changed for my shadow priest but disc spec is quite a bit different now. Doesn't look like i'll be able to raid heal anymore in disc. But both shadow and disc spec is looking op for pvp stuff.

We'll see once cata rolls around and pvp actually means something again.

Ok I finally got in. I guess something good came out of me not playing for a few days. Glyph prices dropped a bit.

i heard the 4.0 changes are designed for lvl 85 so things will be imbalanced until then. everyones dps has also increased ridiculously because blizzard wants everyone to get ICC down. i saw a kingslayer with a 3k GS... he mightve been in OS gear but i thought that was pretty ridiculous... i havent raided since the patch so i dont know if thats normal to see now. brb rolling hpally

I'm doing like, 3.8k dps on my warlock and that was my first heroic after dinging 80.

That's in like, Northrend greens and blues.
